FABRIC PAINTING....................

Hi friends...................This is about my fabric painting on my dupattah , that looks alike with the peacock feather .
I used acrylic colors in this cloth (a green colored silk cotton) .
#To paint such a cloth(cotton or poly cotton) , you need to be aware of , whether the cloth is washed once prior (otherwise the colour you painted would get washed along with the starch content in the cloth when soaked in water............ )

#Dilute the colours well , as they had to blend in one with the yarns of the cotton cloth , so deeply .

#For synthetic clothes ,you can even use the colours directly(without even mixing water)!!!!!
4 easy steps to paint in your fabric:-
*make the area of the cloth to be painted with the wooden frame............(if you dont have it then iron/ press well to get rid of the shrinking ) !!
*draw the design on the cloth very lightly using a pencil or chalk .........if you are painting on a dark shaded cloth then use white carbon and trace
*all are set ready , paint the design ,fill the total part from inside and design the border very nicely with more concentration!!
*replace the used water frequently ,so that your painting gets a very neat look !!!!!
